Lauren Mollyneaux-Brown, Learning & Development Partner for Ogilvy UK added:
“Apprenticeships are a central pillar of our L&D strategy, with participation from early careers like the Pipers, through to some of our most experienced leaders, including a Senior Leaders Level 7 Apprenticeship that’s delivered by Bauer Academy and De Montfort University Leicester. Apprenticeships can create jobs and career movement as well as organisational agility, as skill demands change. They increase diversity and open doors for new and long-standing Ogilvy UK people.”
