Official Opening of educational facility, Highbury City of Portsmouth Centre

Staff and students at Highbury College Portsmouth were delighted that the Rt Hon John Denham officially opened the brand new £12.5 million educational facility, Highbury City of Portsmouth Centre, on 28 March. John Denham also decided to launch the ‘National Strategy for FE Capital’ at the official opening, drawing local, regional and national media coverage.
