Supporting service leavers into leadership and professional roles

It also offers higher level apprenticeships and leadership development, for example operations manager level, for those stepping into strategic or managerial roles.
With its flexible delivery options, Activate Business School can accommodate transitioning personnel adapting to civilian working patterns.

“At Activate Business School, we work with them to translate those strengths into recognised qualifications that open doors to rewarding civilian careers.
“Our approach is personal and supportive, built around Activate Learning’s award-winning Learning Philosophy, taking time to understand each individual’s goals and design learning pathways that build on their existing experience.
“By combining this with accredited professional development, we help learners move confidently into management, leadership, or specialist roles.
