Participants will spend six months in each department.

“We’re very excited to welcome the first set of postgraduates to the Clearwater programme this September,” said Jaqui McGee, Head of HR at Clearwater. “Recent studies have highlighted significant skills shortages and it’s no secret that finding the right experience isn’t always straightforward for postgraduates looking to launch their careers. We’re confident that these issues can be overcome. Combined with the opening of the Clearwater Technical Training Academy, this is a positive step towards providing the sector with fresh, well-trained talent.”
