Strategic Agreement Reached Between FE Careers and the Institute of Assessors and Internal V

FE Careers.co.uk, the fastest growing online Further Education job board in the country, has signed deal with the Institute of Assessors and Internal Verifiers (IAV), the leading professional association for Assessors and Verifiers.

The agreement, a strategic partnership, will provide greater opportunities for IAV members to access Further Education job prospects from a variety of sources including colleges, training providers, specialist recruitment companies and awarding bodies across the land. The agreement also marks a great opportunity for both organisations to work in tandem to change the negative perceptions that the FE sector often labours under.

“A Long and Successful Partnership”

Le”Nise Brothers, the Head of Marketing at FE Careers.co.uk, welcomed the signing of this agreement and the opportunity that this offers both organisations and the whole sector. “FE Careers is very excited to be working with the IAV and its members”, she said. “This logical partnership means that members of the Institute of Assessors and Internal Verifiers will have continuous access to top Further Education vacancies across the UK and clients on FE Careers.co.uk will benefit from applications from the qualified and experienced members of the IAV. I can see that our partnership will be a long and successful one.”

This delight was echoed by John Capey, Chairman of the IAV. “The Institute of Assessors and Verifiers is delighted to be in partnership with FE Careers,” Mr. Capey said. “This is a further step forward in recognising the important role and status of those who assess the UK’s national vocational qualifications. With each step forward we raise the profile of assessors. It is vital that assessment activity is seen as a truly special and key activity. Being included in FE Careers publicity will aid in this process considerably.”
