We have extended the codeset, to include ‘O – ceased to be looked after through adopted from outside of England and Wales’.

Free school meal eligibility
Free school meal eligibility has been permanently extended to children from all groups with no recourse to public funds (NRPF).
These children should be marked as receiving free school meals in the same way that children who are eligible for free school meals under the benefits-based criteria would be.
