3aaa Apprenticeships officially open new digital learning studio, in memory of talented Apprentice
On Friday 6th July 2018, 3aaa Apprenticeships officially opened the ‘Seth Woolley Studio’, in memory of their talented Digital Marketing Apprentice, Seth Woolley.
Seth, who tragically passed away in December 2017, was a much-loved member of the 3aaa Marketing team and well known and respected around the company’s Head Office and 36 academies across the country. His infectious personality and passion for Marketing were just a couple of traits that meant he left a lasting memory for his colleagues and a powerful impact on the company itself, with his ideas and work rate being strongly implemented within 3aaa’s Marketing department.
The ‘Seth Woolley Studio’ was created and introduced to give 3aaa’s learners and the wider business access to a state of the art facility, where they can benefit from an interactive and creative blended learning platform. Boasting a range of exciting technical features, including a fully interactive 75-inch screen and a feature that allows learners to feedback ‘live’ during digital workshops, the ‘Seth Woolley studio’ is a key communication tool that helps 3aaa stay ahead of the curve. Communication and creativity were two of Seth’s most powerful traits and it is fitting that these two characteristics are engrained within the studio.
Seth’s family visited the 3aaa Head Office in Derby to cut the ribbon and officially open the ‘Seth Woolley studio’. Seth’s Mum, Liz commented “Seth only worked for 3aaa for approximately 8 months, yet became part of the 3aaa family and that caring has since been extended to us, his family. They have been more than generous with their time. For instance, the team designed and printed the order of service for the funeral, invited us to come and meet them all and donated to the Just Giving fund (as a company and individually) to help with funeral costs. I would 100% recommend 3aaa as an apprenticeship provider, their facilities are outstanding, they are passionate about the training they provide and the Apprentices that they support.”
3aaa Apprenticeship’s Co-Founder and Director, Di McEvoy-Robinson, said
“We are delighted to welcome Seth’s family to open the Seth Woolley Studio. Seth loved to be at the centre of the action and bringing people together was a particular skill of his. The studio does exactly that, it brings staff and learners together from across the country. We wanted to make sure Seth remained at the heart of what we do in the marketing department and as we use the studio every day he remains an integral part of moving us forward.”
The new digital learning studio will play a key part in the future of 3aaa Apprenticeships as they continue to offer their Apprentices and partners an interactive, contextualised learning experience, giving them the resources to prosper moving forwards.
