Grant Thornton and WhiteHat collaborate to deliver new project management apprenticeship

Leading business and financial adviser Grant Thornton UK LLP and WhiteHat, a tech company building an outstanding alternative to university, are pleased to announce a new partnership to deliver a market-leading apprenticeship in project management.

The 18-month programme will prepare the next generation of project managers with the ability to navigate complex organisational challenges. They will be equipped with practical project management skills and the knowledge to deliver initiatives through the project management lifecycle. The programme content is co-delivered by WhiteHat coaches and Grant Thornton project management practitioners.

The apprenticeship is designed for junior project managers, early career management professionals or ambitious business administrators. The apprenticeship incorporates an Association of Project Management (APM) Qualification.

For a limited time, the training course can be fully funded using an organisation’s apprenticeship levy funds. Non-levy paying organisations can also apply and will benefit from 90% government funding. The deadline for participant applications for the first cohort is 20 February 2019, with the programme scheduled to start on 4 March 2019. Organisations wishing to enrol participants in the first cohort should give expressions of interest prior to this.
