Music Students Rock Spain

A group of 20 Music Performance and Music Technology students from Nottingham College took part in a music tour in Spain this summer.

During the five-day trip the students played four separate gigs at different venues, including a set at Maggie’s Rock Café in Pinar de Campoverde near Alicante.

The trip was designed to give students real life music touring experience in front of live audiences.

Kirsty Proctor, Music Lecturer at Nottingham College, said: “I’m so proud of the students, what an amazingly successful music tour! The bands were well-received and it gave them an opportunity to get out of their comfort zone and play to new audiences.”
