From education to employment

Top Udemy Instructor Surpasses 20,000 Students Worldwide

Mach 42 Productions, provider of one of the top-rated Excel courses available to study via the leading online training platform Udemy, has added Excel VBA to its flagship 35 hour beginner-to-expert course. Thanks to the new addition, student enrolments have now surpassed 20,000 people, with sign ups flooding in from 153 countries worldwide.

VBA, or Visual Basic for Applications, is the programming language used by Excel, as well as a range of other Microsoft applications. Through an understanding of this language, professionals will find it easier to automate tasks to make better use of their time and boost productivity.

The 35 hour beginner-to-expert course, which now includes the new Excel VBA module, is designed to provide a full, comprehensive overview of Excel, focusing on formulas, pivot tables, charts, and basic usage of the tool. Of Mach 42 Production’s 20,000 students, 13,565 are enrolled onto this flagship course, with the remaining 6000+ taking one of the provider’s 13 other Udemy courses designed, created, and delivered for professionals around the world.

“We are proud to see our flagship Excel course continuing to grow with the addition of new content, and we are already seeing how the introduction of VBA is working to improve and deepen the Excel skills of our students” says e-learning consultant Navin Chandak, founder of Mach 42 Productions.

“We are thrilled to have recently welcomed our 20,000th student and look forward to sharing our expertise with even more professionals in the near future”.

The flagship course was recently placed in the ‘Top Excel Course’ category by Udemy; an accolade that can be attributed to the excellent ratings of the course, positive feedback from students, and the notable experience of the course creator and instructor, who holds Microsoft Office Specialist accreditation in Excel.

Drawing upon a professional background in analysis, Navin Chandak boasts more than a decade’s experience using Excel within the workplace, offering students a real world insight into both the theoretical and practical elements of this popular tool. This has resulted in 864 reviews of the flagship course to date, more than half of which offer 5* feedback.

Along with the flagship beginner-to-expert Excel course, Mach 42 Productions also offers 13 additional courses to suit a variety of professional needs, including an Excel quick essentials course, a charts-based course, and an IT careers development course designed to offer expert advice for IT professionals on how to progress their career.  These courses have been introduced at a time when traditional face-to-face training opportunities are declining, with professionals showing greater preference for the more flexible, more cost effective, more convenient options offered through online educational platforms, such as Udemy.
