Samantha Rutter wins Best Distance Learning business leader- UK as well as the Award for Excellence in Tutor Support.

Samantha Rutter, Operations Director of West Midlands Based Open Study College, has scooped two top international businesswomen awards.  Samantha, who has worked at Open Study College for ten years, won two of the prestigious awards for Best Distance Learning business leader- UK as well as the Award for Excellence in Tutor Support -UK.  

The workplace can be a challenging place for women, and at just 28 years of age, Samantha is delighted with where she is in her career and also with these latest award wins. 

Samantha said “I’m lucky enough to help run a very female friendly company.  We not only employ more women than men, but through our distance learning courses we are empowering women across the UK to up- or re-skill to help them find employment to fit around their childcare, or to help them move forward in their careers.”

Open Study College are one of the leading distance learning providers in the UK, offering over 450 courses for accredited courses such as A Levels, AAT etc.
