Award of Gold Certificate in Microsoft Partner Programme Recognises Capita

Capita Further and Higher Education has recently been awarded Gold Certified status in the Microsoft Partner Programme, with competencies in Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Software Solutions and Security Solutions.

It is an award given to businesses that demonstrate expertise in the use of Microsoft technologies. Capita FHE’s projects won the award for their work on the development of version 4 of the market-leading UNIT-e Student Record Tracking Solution (SRTS). It was comprehensively assessed, resulting in “Gold Certified” status for Capita. Microsoft Gold Certified Partners receive a rich set of benefits, including access, training and support, helping give them a competitive advantage.

Over 180 educational institutions across the UK use the UNIT-e SRTS. Built using the latest Microsoft.NET framework, the solution supports the full range of administration tasks, from online enquiries, applications and enrolments to timetabling, attendance marking and professional placements.
