Brock Higher Education students report 100% satisfaction

Brockenhurst College (@brockcollege) Higher Education students reported 100% satisfaction recently in the National Student Survey, conducted on behalf of the UK funding and regulatory organisation Office for Students.

Sixteen BA (Hons) Early Childhood (Level 6 Top-up Degree) and Early Years Level 4/5 Foundation Degree students were targeted for their responses by the polling company Ipsos MORI.

All respondents said that overall they were satisfied with the quality of their programme, giving Brock a maximum score.

The news places the Hampshire college firmly in the top 5% of Higher Education providers in the UK, ahead of some leading universities.

Head of Curriculum Lisa Bell said:

“Naturally we are delighted to receive such an overwhelmingly positive response from our Higher Education students.

“This result is validation of the hard work and rigorous quality assurance processes we use to secure the very best learning outcomes.”

Brockenhurst College’s Higher Education courses are delivered in partnership with the University of Chichester, which ultimately awards the degree qualifications.

Co-Director at the Institute of Education, Social and Life Sciences at the University of Chichester, Christopher Smethurst, said:

“We are used to excellent results from Brock, but I don’t think we ever forget that it is the result of a huge amount of hard work and dedication.

“Our Childhood team did brilliantly here (at Chichester) too, and I know just what it took to be a beacon of stability and good practice.”
