Buckinghamshire New University climbs 18 places in 2022 Complete University Guide

Joint sixth highest rise is a “notable achievement for us after a year like no other,” says Deputy Vice-Chancellor

Buckinghamshire New University has climbed 18 places to rank joint 106th in the 2022 Complete University Guide’s league table of 130 UK universities, the joint sixth highest rise of all institutions.

The University also has risen two places to 14th in the South East rankings and ranks 86th for all universities in England, capping a strong performance in this year’s rankings.

Provost and Deputy Vice-Chancellor of Buckinghamshire New University, Professor Gavin Brooks, said:

“We are delighted that the University has climbed 18 places in this year’s CUG table – the joint sixth highest rise out of all institutions. It is a notable achievement for us after a year like no other and today’s rankings recognise the dedication and high academic standards that all colleagues deliver at the institution. Buckinghamshire New University continues to put our students first and provides them with the best possible student experience, opportunities and educational outcomes, whatever the circumstances.”
