EPAO secures two nominations in Businesswoman Awards

A rapidly growing end point assessment organisation (EPAO) has capped off a busy few months by securing nominations in two categories at prestigious regional business awards (@1stforEPA).

The Tees Businesswomen Awards 2021 selected 1st for EPA as a finalist in the Best New Business and the Training & Apprenticeships categories. 1st for EPA champions apprenticeships by simplifying the end point assessment process, making success more achievable for apprentices.

Managing Director of 1st for EPA, Helen Shinner, said,

“It’s incredible to receive this recognition and I’m so proud of the team. We launched in early 2020 and 1st for EPA has quickly become well established as a prime choice of EPAO for training providers and employers across England.

Helen credits 1st for EPA’s quick success to the company’s commitment to quality and customer service.

“Anything we can do to make the EPA process simple for employers, training providers and apprentices, we do. We’ve received fantastic feedback on our EPA guides and the detailed feedback we give to every apprentice.”
