Excellent across the board GCSE exam results for The Hart School

The Hart School (@thehartschool), on the edge of Cannock Chase, is celebrating yet another set of excellent GCSE exam results for its students.

The Creative Education Trust school has seen continued improvement in students achieving both English and Maths.

Its impressive results continued into other subjects with 41% of all subjects studied seeing students achieve an average grade Level 7 or Distinction and above – including outstanding successes in Art, Photography, Biology and Physics at GCSE, and Engineering, Music, Sport, Business and Acting at BTEC.

Notable individual successes

Several individual students who have made notable achievements include Erin Bradley, Emily Draycott, Ryan Lezniak, Abi Tite, and Sophie Oldaker.

The excellent GCSE results follow on from impressive set of A Level results earlier this week and many students will now also go on to continue their studies in The Hart School’s Sixth Form, which is headed up by Mr Ben Brennan and creates a bespoke curriculum for each cohort.

Excellent results are testament to motto: “We Can, We Will, We Do”

Principal Miss Rachael Sandham said:

“Our motto is “We Can, We Will, We Do” and these excellent results bear testament to the commitment, dedication and hard work of all of our pupils and the unwavering support of all our staff.

“We all know what a difficult year it’s been, but we did not let the focus drop when it came to the goal of achieving the individual needs of our students to enable them to go onto their next chapter of their lives with confidence and the results they needed.

“We’re delighted that many of our GCSE students will be staying on with us to further their studies in the Sixth Form and we look forward to continuing to work with them to build on their GCSE successes and wish students who are moving on all the very best for the future.”
