From education to employment

Sales Apprentice Molly’s 100% Focussed

Stafford Land Rover Sales Apprentice, Molly Taylor, received a perfect 100% score in her final sales apprenticeship exam and as the only person to do so she’s absolutely delighted, as she explained, “When I left school I went to work for a travel company, it was great, but I knew I wanted to build a career for myself, not just have a job. When I was selected for the Sales Apprentice role at Stafford Land Rover, I was delighted, but also determined to work as hard as I could”.

“Getting 100% in the final exam is the icing on the cake for me! I’ve now been at Stafford Land Rover for almost 2 years, it’s part of family-owned Swansway Motor Group and I’ve felt hugely supported by not just whole dealership team, but Jaguar Land Rover and Swansway too”, added Molly.

“I would recommend a Sales Apprentice to anyone, it’s hard work, but also enjoyable and I was made to feel like part of the team from day one. Sales is a good fit for me; I like talking to people, finding out about their lives and recommending the right car, with the right accessories and the right finance. I feel very lucky that I’ve found a job I really love”!

Head of Business at the award-winning Land Rover centre, John Nimbley commented, “Molly is a force of nature and brings a breath of fresh air to the team. She’s enthusiastic, hard-working and fun, but as this amazing result shows, she’s also committed and dedicated to achieving excellent results”.

Molly will graduate as a fully-fledged in March and is aiming to stay with Swansway and further her career within the group. Not content with acing her exams Molly has just moved into her first house and is looking forward to making it a home.

Swansway director, David Smyth added “What a fantastic achievement! As a family business we love to see young people thriving and succeeding and apprenticeships offer a great opportunity for them to do so across all in areas of our business. Congratulations Molly”.
