Ofsted apprentice Molly Wilson, Damar Training, advanced apprentice of the year

Ofsted apprentice Molly Wilson has won the Damar Training advanced apprentice of the year award.

Damar Training gave Molly the award in recognition of her outstanding performance, which has exceeded all expectations.

Molly made an immediate impact when she joined Ofsted’s Bristol office in October 2016. She currently works as a Personal Assistant to Bradley Simmons, Ofsted Regional Director for the South West.

Bradley said:

“Molly is a highly-valued member of the Ofsted team in Bristol. She quickly settled in and I’ve been struck by her proactive attitude.

“She gives 100 per cent in her day-to-day work, but also looks to improve her skills by undertaking professional development opportunities. I am delighted that she won the advancedapprentice of the year award against so much competition.”

Molly Wilson said:

“I’ve found the Ofsted Bristol office to be a pleasant and productive environment since I joined nearly two years ago. Ofsted evidently values staff and apprentices.I would advise anyone who is looking to continue their learning and develop their career to consider an apprenticeship as it is an amazing opportunity to work, learn and take control of your future.”
