Time for Change – using apprenticeships to drive social mobility, diversity and inclusion

Amazing Apprenticeships have announced the next session in the free-to-attend Time for Change series.

Focussing on practical, tried and tested ways that employers can drive social mobility, diversity and inclusion within their organisation, the session will look at initiatives that have already been implemented successfully by key businesses.

“We are taking this next instalment back to the essentials of what early careers practitioners can apply in the role they are already in when it comes to driving diversity and inclusion,” said Anna Morrison CBE, director, Amazing Apprenticeships. “Hearing from employers who have already found success with social mobility and exploring small ways that we can all make a difference will inspire others to take action.”

Taking place on Monday 7th February at 2pm, the session is the first in Amazing Apprenticeships’ employer-focussed plans for National Apprenticeship Week 2022.

“National Apprenticeship Week is always such a brilliant celebration of apprenticeships and we are planning a jam-packed week of events, resources and activities with schools, employers, training providers, parents and apprentices all getting involved.” continues Morrison. “We expect there to be something for everyone.”
