FE News interviews Janette Faherty OBE, chief executive of Avanta, about the new Work Programme and how the Spending Review will affect the Welfare to Work sector.

Avanta is one of the largest Welfare to Work providers in the UK. Ms Faherty discusses the challenge of implementing the new DWP Work Programme in the face of soaring demand, with potentially 5.8 million clients for 449,000 registered vacancies.
