AoC Create's Des O'Hare discusses training and SMC (Sector Management College)

Friday, 18 November 2011 13:18 AoC Training We catch up with AoC Create's Des O'Hare to discuss training in the FE sector. Des explains that FE Sector training is a particular focus for the AoC Create team, particularly Junior and Middle Management training. The AoC Create team have set up Sector Management College (SMC) to be able to deliver training to the 20,000+ Junior and Middle Managers in FE colleges.
