Realities of the Single Line Budget

Graham Hoyle, chief executive of the Association of Learning Providers (ALP), talks to FE News about the realities of the Single Line Budget arrangement, which comes into force from 1 August 2011.

ALP has long argued that all FE providers should be able to access government skills funds on the basis of their capacity to deliver to the quality required.

The new Single Line Budget arrangement is a step closer to a level playing field for independent providers and colleges, says Mr Hoyle.
