Peter Brammall To Join Futures As New Chief Executive Officer

The Futures board are pleased to announce the appointment of Peter Brammall as Chief Executive Officer.

Peter brings a wealth of experience from across the education, skills and employment support sectors. Most recently, this has included roles as Principal/CEO at 2 large FE colleges, prior to which he led a national provider engaged in skills and employment support for some of the most disadvantaged and vulnerable customers across England & Wales.

His earlier career included tenures as COO of England’s largest Multi Academy Trust, Executive Director for the Learning & Skills Council, both nationally and in the East Midlands and Assistant Director for Education and Skills in a large urban Local Authority. Prior to his move into the skills sector, Peter enjoyed a successful commercial career working with large employers in the corporate banking sector.

Peter is due to start at the end of May. Until that time Sandra Cowley, Futures Commercial Director, will step up to Interim CEO. Sandra will work with the Board and Peter on the continued prosperity of the business.
