Young people with mentors, especially those who are at risk of disengagement, have more positive visions of themselves and their futures, and achieve more positive outcomes in school, work, and life. Jonathan’s considerable expertise and experience in this area will be invaluable in helping us deliver an exceptional campaign that will ensure more young people can realise their potential.”

Jonathan Freeman said: “I’ve seen first-hand the impact of mentoring on the confidence and outlook of young people. Through its work, The Careers & Enterprise Company can achieve an equality of both opportunity and aspiration for pupils across England. It’s an exciting time to be working with the team and I’m looking forward to helping The Company continue its work.”
