ATLAS Software gets fresh new look

VLE Support Ltd are delighted to announce a new name for their ALTAS learning support management tool. ATLAS will now be called eSpirALS.

The new name marks a new chapter in the product’s story and will see eSpirALS sit alongside its ‘sister’ products at VLE – eTrackr-ILP, eConsole and eNotify.

VLE Support Ltd CEO, Mark Trinick, explained the thinking behind the rebrand. “We have owned ATLAS and Midas Systems for almost three years and have been waiting for a suitable opportunity to align ATLAS with our other educational software products.  This next scheduled release includes some exciting functionality updates, which we think our clients will appreciate, so this seemed like a good time to make the change.”

Director of Operations, Holly Newton, agreed.  “We also know that many Colleges were great aficionados of ATLAS’ earlier incarnation, SpirALS.  By echoing this valued name in our new branding, we hope to embody all the good things clients know and remember about this great tool.”

Current ATLAS users have received details of the update.  They will notice changes in the logo and colours on their systems around the half-term break.   The additional functionality will also be available at the same time.

The existing telephone numbers will remain.  The ATLAS website and login will also remain for a period but will eventually automatically redirect to the new eSpirALS web pages.  VLE Support Ltd are keen to ensure that existing customers see no disruption in their service – only the positive benefits of the new look.
