Construction Specialist EPAO strengthens position with key appointment
Construction EPA Company has further expanded it’s position within the construction end point assessment sector by appointing a Assessment Development Manager.
The award winning assessment company specialises in providing final assessment grading of construction apprentices across the UK.
The Construction EPA Company has recruited Jasmin Lewis as Assessment Development Manager. The role has been created as a result of the growing number of standards they are now approved to deliver, which currently stands at 16 standards.
Jasmin has a wealth of experience with assessment development, coming from Lifetime Training Group and Innovate Awarding, where she was a Product Manager responsible for the development of a range of standards.
Dan Russell, Head of End Point Assessment at Construction EPA Company, said:
“Jasmin’s appointment to Construction EPA Company will further increase our ability to meet partner demand to end point assess the wide range of construction standards we deliver across the sector. Jasmin’s experience and professionalism will ensure we continue to develop the market leading materials, high quality guidance and support offer that our partners have grown to expect.”
Jasmin added: “I am really looking forward to being part of the team at Construction EPA Company. I’ve had such a warm welcome already. I am excited to get to know more of the team, work closely with sector and industry experts, as well as our partners to manage the development and launch of new Construction End Point Assessments.
I have worked within an End Point Assessment Organisation previously, gaining approval for standards with awarding organisations, developing assessment materials for EPAs as well as support materials for partners and apprentices. I’m delighted to be able to use my experience and skills in this area to bring to the development of new standards for Construction EPA Company and our partners.”
The Construction EPA Company has achieved significant growth in the last year whilst maintaining an unrivalled service for its clients. They have gained new approval to end point assess additional standards and have grown the number of assessment centres they provide to clients with more locations due to open later this year. The company will play an integral role in the future of construction education.
Its End Point Assessment offer includes apprenticeship standards in Carpentry & Joinery, Dry Lining, Plastering, Bricklayer, Painting & Decorating, Groundworker, Construction Site Management, Floorlayer, Gas Engineering Operative, Roofer, Property Maintenance Operative, Construction Site Supervisor, Plumbing & Domestic Heating, Wall & Floor Tiling and more in the coming year.
