Why We Are Consulting:
This consultation concerns the proposed replacement of 2018 regulations governing the fees charged to independent schools by Ofsted for inspections, by a new set of regulations which would set out revised fee levels payable from 2019.
The proposed regulations set out the revised fee levels payable from 2019. There are no proposed changes to the fee structure or method of calculation.
