Research recently released by City & Guilds Group, reveals that 82% of workers in London believe it’s important to regularly update their workplace skills, however 29% of Londoners did not learn any new workplace skills in 2018. 

This clear disparity between workers and employers expectations, is causing discontent in the workplace, with 1 in 4 employees being unhappy in their current job (according to research by Investors in People).
