CBI’s Neil Carberry outlines employer needs
Neil Carberry, director of employment and skills at CBI, talks to FE News at the Association of Employment and Learning Providers national conference about employer needs.
Mr Carberry calls on employers to engage with training providers and colleges so that all vocational students get the highest quality teaching and support from both their employer and trainer.
He also outlines the need for employers to be more involved in the creation of vocational courses, allowing them to have a say in what they should involve and how much funding is needed.
