Education CRM specialists Active Informatics are delighted to welcome two further college customers who are making the switch to a leading Cloud based Dynamics 365 CRM for Apprenticeships.

Lancaster & Morecombe College

Lancaster & Morecombe College is a key Apprenticeship provider in the area, and in the Top 20 FE Colleges nationally for Apprenticeship achievement.

With links to over 700 employers, the apprenticeships team has increased its apprenticeship provision by 22% since 2018 and were increasingly finding that their existing system couldnā€™t cope adequately with day-to-day processes. Therefore, the team were tasked with finding a CRM solution that focused on integrating their apprenticeships data with their wider college systems. The desire was for a more holistic view of their data, and a more joined up way of working across departments. The team are happy that Dynamics 365 Education will enable this to happen.

This multi-award-winning college and Top 100 Apprenticeship Employer offers 40 apprenticeship programmes with some of Cornwallā€™s top employers, including the Rick Stein Academy.

The Collegeā€™s partnership and apprenticeships team wanted to improve their employer engagement processes, as there was a lot of overlap of activity amongst staff. They wished to improve the experience of local employers, when dealing with the college across different teams.

Not only were they looking to avoid duplication of work by creating efficiencies across the department, they were looking for a way their data could integrate better with apps crucial to their team such as GetMyFirstJob and Onefile.

Christian Bowman, Managing Director at Active said

“We are thrilled to have these two excellent colleges on board and our team are looking forward to working with them over the course of the coming months.”
