Key expert to lead education sector growth for Bruton Knowles
Bruton Knowles has appointed a leading industry expert to enhance and grow the property consultancy’s portfolio across its education and leisure sectors.
Jen Gill, who will be based at the Bruton Knowles’ Manchester office, joins the consultancy as an Associate, following six years’ experience working within specialist markets and focussing most recently on the independent education sector.
Jen’s roles have included providing valuations for secured lending purposes and internal information purposes as well as transactional advice. Jen has an array of clients nationally and locally including, independent school operators, children’s day nursery operators, banks and charities.
Bruton Knowles welcomes Jen during a significant period of growth for the consultancy, as it continues to drive success and expansion across the leisure and education sectors. She will be fundamental in enhancing these divisions for Bruton Knowles nationally, through offering unrivalled knowledge to both new clients, generating new leads and building on the consultancy’s long-standing relationships with independent schools.
