Intranet software provider, Invotra, celebrates two more apprentice graduations and National Apprentice Awards regional award win

Woking student Ryan Taylor attended Farnborough Technology college before joining Invotra in October 2016 as an apprentice. He recently completed his Level 4, Higher Software Apprenticeship in 18 months.

Ryan, 20, was awarded a medal and certificate at a graduation ceremony at Guildford Cathedral on Friday 21st September 2018.

Ryan is part of Invotra’s award-winning apprentice programme. Over one third of the company’s employees are past or current apprentices.

Ryan is now a Junior Project Manager at Invotra and is working towards a Chartered Management Degree Apprenticeship.

Dimitrije Vukajlovic received his Level 3 Software Technician apprenticeship and was awarded a certificate and medal at the Surrey ceremony.

Dimitrije, 20, attended Greycourt sixth form in Ham, Surrey. He is currently an apprentice in the Quality Assurance team. He is keen to continue his apprenticeship studies and complete level 4,5, and six courses.

Alison Galvin, HR director at Invotra said:

“The graduation ceremony was a fantastic celebrations for our apprentices and their families. Our apprentices work and study at the same time and are achieving both management and educational skills. We benefit from attracting and nurturing our own talent and we have had some brilliant individuals join and help ensure the future growth of the company.”

Invotra was also recently announced as South East SME Employer of the Year in the National Apprenticeship Awards 2018.  

Regional winners in the National Apprenticeship Awards 2018 are being announced at nine regional ceremonies taking place over the next three weeks. As a regional winner, Invotra is now entered in to the National Apprenticeship Awards; the ceremony takes place on the 28th November 2018 in London.
