Apprenticeship funding: legal agreement to enable spending

This agreement gives employers the authority to access the funds in their account to manage their apprenticeships. They must agree to all the terms and conditions in this agreement and the funding rules; before funds can be used to pay for apprentices.

Once the agreement is signed they’ll be able to authorise ESFA to pay for apprenticeship training and end-point assessment with the training provider they have chosen to manage their apprenticeships.
