One of the key changes when the Government launched its changes to the Apprenticeship Programme, was introducing new Standards. Stewart Segal, 3aaa Apprenticeships Director of Strategy discusses how the new Standards are getting more employers involved in developing Apprenticeship Programmes. Stewart also talks about the main differences between the new Standards and the old Frameworks and what it means for the Sector.
Part of the new Standards is the new End Point Assessment, which Stewart talks about in detail. He explains there will be a different End Point Assessment for different programmes and can be done through a number of ways to make sure the Apprentice gains their qualification.
