AAT (@YourAAT) has announced that it will be running its first-ever Student Conference online later this month.

The conference – accelerAATe Online 2022 – will run from 26 to 28 January 2022 and is free to attend for all AAT students. It will include six inspiring sessions covering practical learning, success stories and career tips, all available via AAT’s easy-to-use online event platform. Students can tune in to as many sessions as they wish, enabling them to create a customised programme. Sessions will also be available to watch again on demand after registration, making them more accessible to all AAT students including those outside the UK.

accelerAATe Online 2022 will also feature presentations from sector experts, panel discussions and advice from past and present AAT students. Among the guest speakers will be new AAT Chief Executive Sarah Beale – herself a former AAT student.

Steven Drew, Head of Markets and Products, AAT, said:

“With all the challenges of the last two years, for many of our students their studies may have taken a back seat. However, our new AAT Student Conference will help them tackle their studies and assessments with confidence and build a successful career in accounting. Students who attend the conference will also receive valuable advice on assessment techniques, CVs and interviews, updates on qualifications timelines and find out more about where studying with AAT can take you. There’s a huge variety of sessions on offer and plenty of resources available throughout the conference, so we’d encourage anyone who is interested in learning more to register as soon as possible.”
