3,500 Early Years apprentice achievers

London-based training provider, Hawk Training (@Hawk_Training), will be celebrating the achievement of 3,500 apprentices to have completed their early years apprenticeship programme with them, by hosting a celebratory event on Friday 21st May.

The virtual celebration will include industry-led guest speakers, experiences from recent learner achievers and their employers and an update on Hawk Trainingā€™s new Level 5 Early Years Lead Practitioner programme.

The 60-minute event will be held online from 10am on Friday 21st May.

In 2005, Hawk Training decided to enter the early years apprenticeship sector in response to employers bemoaning a shortage of quality providers in the local area of Twickenham, south-west London. After successfully delivering programmes locally, and achieving Ofsted Outstanding for their apprenticeship provision in 2013, they expanded their offer to provide nationwide coverage throughout England from as far north as Newcastle-upon-Tyne to Chichester on the south coast.

Hawk Training, who have also just been nominated as finalists at the AAC Apprenticeship Awards, in the category of Education & Childcare Apprenticeship Provider of the Year, will soon be launching their new level 5 Early Years Lead Practitioner apprenticeship following years of successfully delivering their level 2 and 3 apprenticeship programmes to childcare professionals.

The new programme is aimed at developing proactive and influential practitioners, who work directly with children, skilfully leading day to day practice at an operational level.
