Driving the quality of apprenticeships in England

Institute for Apprenticeships have published the consultation outcome of their draft operational plan with a summary of the responses they received, along with their response outlining the next steps.

They have also published their operational plan, with a foreword from IFA Chair Antony Jenkins, which provides details of the Institute for Apprenticeships’ policies and functions, how they will operate, and improve the quality of apprenticeships in England:

  • regulate the quality of apprenticeship proposals, standards and assessment plans
  • collaborate with partners
  • lead reforms to technical education
  • implement the new system
