The new Chef De Partie workshops focus on key leadership and management skills, alongside technical and complex preparation techniques in a range of subject areas including fish, butchery, bakery and patisserie workshops. The Production Chef Academy is also a new edition and focuses around a brand standard workshop, which looks at the power of a brand and the importance of adhering to it in terms of the ingredients, presentation and flavour of food and drink prepared. It will also offer specialist routes, for instance the fish friers workshop, with more exciting innovations around pizza and vegan in the pipeline.

The Hospitality Academy promises new opportunities for honing customer service skills. Apprentices learn from industry experts with workshops held at breweries, vineyards, distilleries and roasteries. Learners can deepen understanding in key areas such as service style, food and drink pairing, the art of mixology and presentation skills.
