- if Disabled Students’ Allowances (DSAs) reduce barriers to learning
- students’ experiences of DSAs
- the effectiveness of DSA support for students
- the effects of recent DSA funding changes
It used a 3-stage methodology, including:
- qualitative case study visits to 8 higher education providers (HEPs)
- an online survey with 1,773 students
- follow up interviews with 50 students who completed the survey
