Protocol, the leading full-service recruitment agency in the education, skills and training sector has announced the appointment of Vanessa Rhodes FCIPD BA Hons, former Assistant Principal (Support Services), at Cheshire College South and West, as their Director of HR & Partnerships.

This week, Protocol, who operate across a national footprint, announced that due to an ambitious and exciting expansion plan, they have recruited Vanessa to join their Board of Directors to assist their growth trajectory whilst simultaneously leading on the development of some key new services and networks.

Vanessa joins Protocol as an accomplished HR professional with vast experience within the education sector and will support them in their focus of building new business, strengthening existing business and developing their specialist ALS/SEND services. Additionally, Vanessa will support their business in their commitment to progressive CPD pathways and lead them in their programmes on Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Safeguarding.
