We have a great chat with Michael Jacobs, Chair of the IPPR Commission on Economic Justice about alternate ways to increase productivity. Michael was a part of a panel at the ERSA annual conference.

Michael had some really interesting points around productivity and how increasing productivity is more than just a skills solution. Michael takes examples from research, the Germans system, how work place well being, potentially employee ownership of organisations and the Good Job Standard can all increase productivity in the employees in an organisation.
