George Dee, Apprentice Recruitment Manager at Lifetime Training, said:

“The Apprentice Recruitment team has enjoyed its most successful year to date, with over 4,300 apprentices supported into apprenticeship opportunities across large and small employers alike. Based on this success, our aim is to continue to develop and grow this service, supporting the changing perception of apprenticeships, and promoting the viable options they offer to both businesses and employees now and in the years to come. It is our vision to deliver an exemplary recruitment service that will underpin employers’ recruitment and workforce development strategies.”

On average, Lifetime’s apprentice recruitment team takes 28 days to fill a vacancy, from initial request to sign up. During this time the team offers employers support with vacancy advertising, candidate screening, interviewing and, where applicable, assessment days. Lifetime’s apprentice recruitment service is free to employers.
