The impact assessment considers the impact of increasing the annual fee cap for accelerated degrees on provision, uptake, and outlay.

The equality analysis assesses the effect that increasing the annual fee cap for accelerated degrees will have on groups with relevant protected characteristics, as identified in the Equality Act 2010. These characteristics include:

  • disability
  • gender reassignment
  • pregnancy and maternity
  • race
  • religion or belief
  • sex and sexual orientation
