Speakers announced for the F.A.B Conference Themed on Partnership & Progression

The Federation of Awarding Bodies (FAB) has added to the already impressive list of keynote speakers at its annual conference, with the inclusion of Verity Bullough, Regional Director (Operations), London Central LSC, who will be talking about funding issues. The conference will be headed by Ivan Lewis, Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Skills and Vocational Training.

Reflecting the Partnership headline, the conference is designed as an opportunity for all stakeholders, including providers of learning, to come together to review the effectiveness and coherence of the radical transformations that are taking place in vocational qualifications. Keynote sessions will focus on policy and strategy while workshops will provide an opportunity for the detailed exploration of issues. Both will in their own way provide participants with an opportunity to not only to better understand developments, but also to shape them.

Ivan Lewis MP – Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Skills and Vocational Training

Mary Curnock Cook – Director of Qualifications & Skills, QCA
