Bickley Park School celebrates milestone centenary

Parents and prospective pupils are invited to attend a whole school open morning at Bickley Park School in Bromley on Friday 5th October.

The independent all-boys’ Prep School has just entered its centenary year and boasts a wealth of recognised alumni.  These include TV presenter, Chris Hollins, and children’s author, Enid Blyton – who taught at the school as a young woman in 1919.

The pre and prep school will open its doors from 9:15am until 12 noon, when visitors can explore the facilities and grounds including the purpose built Reception building and hear about the plans for the forthcoming state-of-the-art £1.5m Performing Arts Centre. Offering a personal touch, pupils and staff will be available to answer any questions and show guests around the premises.

Headteacher, Patrick Wenham, said:

“This year we are celebrating our milestone centenary so there is a tremendous buzz around the school.  There is no better time to come and learn what an outstanding school we are and how we tailor education specifically for the needs of boys.  We look forward to welcoming and inspiring all our visitors on the day.”

To book a place at the open morning please contact the school’s Registrar on 0208 460 9800.
