The teachers at Clarendon sixth Form College are really helpful. It is a friendly and supportive place to learn.”

The 2017 A level cohort of pupils is the first to complete a full two year A level programme since Clarendon Sixth Form College opened its doors in September 2015. The new building was built as part of the Vision Tameside project to provide an outstanding post 16 learning environment for young people in Tameside.

Jackie Moores said: “We are building the best further education campus anywhere across the region. The new building has supported great teachers in front of a group of willing students. Our location and easy transport systems link the college to growing employment opportunities in Greater Manchester. We hope, in future, that the students use their talents to develop the local economy.”
