From education to employment

VTCT launches new support systems with website revamp

VTCT, the leading vocational hair and beauty awarding body, is to launch a range of free online support systems.

Under the name Linux2, VTCT believes the new systems will help empower its centres and learners as it becomes the first non-unitary specialist awarding body approved to offer any of the new Diplomas.

VTCT’s director of business development, Nic Robinson, says: “There are currently many exciting changes taking place at VTCT as we strive to constantly evolve and develop in-line with the issues affecting the education sector. We look forward to incorporating these systems within our portfolio of services, and predict that they will streamline many of the processes and services we currently provide to our customers; which in turn will be passed on to learners.”

VTCT, Edexcel and AQA-City & Guilds are the only awarding bodies approved to offer all elements of the Diplomas in Hair and Beauty Studies. The Linux2 systems will be available on VTCT’s new website at: www.vtct.org.uk

“The introduction of these services will support us to maintain our position as a 21st Century provider of specialist qualifications; further establishing VTCT’s adaptability and expertise in providing outstanding customer service,” adds Mr Robinson.
