#FutureOfWork : Identifying skills gaps for 2022 and beyond | Episode 1

In this episode, Gavin O’Meara is joined by Dan Howard (Operations Director for Learning for Work, NCFE) to kickstart our new Future of Work series, which will explore what the future of work looks like in its many forms, as well as the role of education in getting people set up for meaningful and sustainable employment.  

Joined by Gavin Miller (WorldSkills UK) and Anthony Horne (Emsi), our speakers will identify some of the key skill gaps in 2022 and beyond, looking at where we can resolve these gaps through focused education and training solutions. We’ll also discuss what innovations and changes we’re likely to see in the future of work, how we can prepare young people and adults for what the workplace might look like 10 years from now, and whether a “job for life” is a thing of the past.
