Farnborough College and West Herts College make the move
Farnborough College of Technology and West Herts College Group are the latest education providers to make the switch away from inflexible or ill-suited CRM systems to the latest singular Cloud based platform for apprenticeships and commercial teams.
Farnborough College of Technology – an Ofsted Outstanding rated provider with two campuses in Hampshire was in need of a single, joined up CRM solution, which could be adapted to encompass not only their apprenticeships delivery but also wider college functions with corresponding processes and data. Their previous system had limited adaptability and integration options – something which is easily addressed with the flexible Microsoft Dynamics platform. Dynamics 365 Education addresses the issues caused where different departments, disparate systems and disconnected information, means often the bigger picture gets lost.
The team at West Herts College were equally as impressed by the functionality and flexibility afforded by the Dynamics 365 Education solution when demonstrated by the team at Active. After merging with Barnfield College in 2019 the college, which focuses on vocational courses and apprenticeships, was looking to move to a singular Cloud-based system to be used across their growing team. In looking to grow their commercial and short courses, Dynamics 365 Education will deliver insights and drive efficiencies to benefit their commercial team.
“Switching to Dynamics 365 Education is a natural step for education providers looking to bring candidate and employer data together in one place – so you can truly see the bigger picture. We regularly hear from customers that switching to more efficient and well-integrated platforms really benefits teams across campuses and enables them to drive tangible results” said Christian Bowman MD at Active.
