Mitye, commented: I am so proud of myself to have won ‘student of the year’. I have had a passion for HR since I was 18 years old. Although I have had to face many challenges along the way, this reward has definitely made it worth it.

“This course will help me make better decisions in the workplace and it will guide me onto taking the right HR path for the near future. I now plan to further my knowledge in Employment Law to help me secure a position in HR consultancy/a Trade Union Representative. I believe the skills I have developed through this course will help me improve personally and professionally.

“Ultimately, I’d like to move into a managerial role in HR, for instance, a Business Partner. I’m aware I will need more experience and I will need to complete level 7 to make this happen. Therefore, I will be applying for my level 7 very soon!”
